Our holistic amenities and resort-like sanctuary create the perfect atmosphere to be immersed in alongside your friends and guests. Our spa can accommodate up to six guests, offering an array of services that will be sure to melt all your troubles away. Available for birthdays, bachelorettes, graduations, and more!

Our spa day includes five services, a fruit and cheese board, bottomless champagne, and all-encompassing wellness. Please allow up to four hours for this event.

Salt Cabin- 30 minutes
- Our Salt Cabin provides a form of active salt therapy, also known as Halotherapy. You and your guests will begin this therapeutic experience by stepping inside our cabin and taking in the invigorating aroma of the dry mist salt particles released around you. This treatment promotes better breathing, increased energy, and an improved immune system.
Reflexology- 30 minutes
- Reflexology is a transformative treatment based on the principle that points on the feet connect through the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. Reflexologists stimulate these points, knowing exactly which area of the foot will provide the greatest benefits for the entire body. Feel yourself relax as your therapist aids in the improvement of your nerve functions, brain power, and circulation, all while eliminating your body’s toxins.
Ionic Foot Detox- 30 minutes
- The Ionic Foot Detox is a soothing therapy that uses negative ions to pull toxins from the body through the feet, working to alleviate symptoms of pain, improve sleep, boost immunity, and aid in relaxation. The feet will be submerged in a warm, soothing bath as the impurities are extracted and the body is reenergized.
Sound Bath- 30 minutes
- Leave the outside world behind and welcome in the soothing sounds of healing with our Sound Bath. Our soaring singing bowls help us to invite the natural tranquility and fresh air of the world around us back into our lives, surrounding you with soothing frequencies that calm your nervous system and clear your energetic field. Helix’s nurturing and comforting sound bath room is filled with special instruments and calming touches to soothe your worries and bring you to your highest, most peaceful self.
Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage- 30 minutes
- Imagine carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. Now, imagine someone coming in and lifting this weight through an expert, gentle touch. Our skilled therapists will work to relieve the tension and stress that builds up around the neck and shoulder area that leads to overall discomfort. Stimulating the nervous system, increasing blood flow to the head, and easing stress through the release of endorphins will help relieve any pain you might be experiencing and allow you to feel an overall sense of wellbeing wash over you.
