Reiki is a gentle healing practice that works with your body’s natural energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in the belief that life force energy flows through all living things, Reiki helps to clear energetic blockages, encourage relaxation, and support the body's innate healing processes. It is suitable for anyone seeking a holistic approach to wellness, regardless of background or belief. Our 90-minute Reiki Healing Experience begins with a 30-minute personal consultation, where your practitioner will take time to understand your needs, intentions, and any areas of concern. Next, you’ll receive a 45-minute Reiki session, where the practitioner will use light touch or hands held just above the body to channel energy and guide it to where it’s needed most. To complete the experience, you’ll be given a 15-minute decompression period to gently return to the present. Because Reiki can stir deep emotional responses, this time allows you to reflect, ground, and integrate your experience in a calm, supportive setting. Whether you are feeling emotionally drained, physically tense, or simply looking for a quiet moment to reset, this session offers a restorative escape for mind, body, and spirit.
