YOGA ALIGN AND UNWIND
Every Wednesday, 5:45 to 6:45
Join Callie for a grounding and intentional yoga practice that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness. These sessions are designed to restore balance, release stress, and create space for deeper connection within. Each class welcomes all levels — from first-time students to seasoned practitioners — offering an accessible and supportive environment.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat if you have one (mats and props are also available in-studio).
What to Expect: A balanced yoga journey that weaves together gentle vinyasa flow and restorative yin postures. Expect to strengthen and soften, move and release, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace.
Intention: To create a sacred pause in your week — a time to breathe, align, and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.
This unique gathering is limited to 8 participants, ensuring a personal and peaceful atmosphere.

SOUND SESSIONS AT SUNSET
Every Thursday, 6:00 to 7:00
Join us for an intimate and immersive sound experience designed to restore balance and ease. During this session, you’ll be invited to sit or lie down as waves of sound and frequencies gently flow through your body, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and inner release.

What to Bring: Nothing – just yourself.

What to Expect: An immersive sound journey that soothes, heals, and nourishes where your body and mind need it most. During your Sound Bowl session, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation as soothing tones and vibrations wash over your body. The therapist will use crystal or metal singing bowls to create harmonic frequencies that help calm the mind, release tension, and restore energetic balance. You’ll be encouraged to simply breathe, listen, and let go.
