Heather Marks has spent almost three decades helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, touch, and compassionate care. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: the body is intentionally and wonderfully made, and healing happens best when it is approached with patience, wisdom, and respect.
Her path into massage therapy became deeply personal in 2019, after experiencing the life-changing impact of therapeutic touch while navigating years of severe pain before surgery and recovery. That season shaped how she practices today, with deep empathy for those carrying pain, trauma, or exhaustion in their bodies.
Heather blends faith-centered, trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices. She works intuitively and gently, offering modalities such as sports and injury-focused massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, and nervous-system-supportive bodywork. As a certified herbal supplementation practitioner and aromatherapist, she supports the body’s natural healing systems without replacing medical care.
As an Ordained Minister, Heather approaches each client with reverence and responsibility, honoring both personal autonomy and the body’s God-given intelligence. Her sessions emphasize safety, consent, and restoration, especially for those whose nervous systems have spent years in survival mode.
At HELIX • Mind • Body • Soul Solutions, Heather may use the ZYTO Scan as a supplemental wellness tool to support awareness and self-advocacy. She does not diagnose, prescribe, or interpret medications and is not a medical doctor. When appropriate, she can help clients identify lab work to request from their healthcare providers for additional clarity beyond the scope of HELIX services.
Heather believes healing should be deep but gentle, grounded in faith, guided by science, and led with integrity. Her heart is to walk alongside others as they restore balance, resilience, and peace in body, mind, and spirit.

Fiona Davison
Registered Nurse | Advanced Reiki, Sound Therapy, Vibrational Therapy, and Yoga Nidra Practitioner
Fiona Davidson is a Registered Nurse that first discovered her passion for holistic wellness methods in early 2019. After receiving her nursing license and working in the healthcare industry for nearly three decades, Fiona felt called to explore the powers of reiki and sound therapy as a restorative outlet for her creative and spiritual energy. Fiona’s practice comes from an open and compassionate heart and the desire to create a therapeutic, curative environment that encourages healing in all capacities. The joy of helping her clients find strength, comfort, and inner peace has allowed her to gain confidence in her practice and continue to expand upon her knowledge and expertise.
Fiona is a certified Reiki Practitioner, Sound Therapy Practitioner, Vibrational Therapy Practitioner, and Yoga Nidra Practitioner. Her favorite method of vibrational therapy is through the use of Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks.
Shawn Melton
Level III Reiki Master | Christian-Based Counselor
Shawn Melton is a Level III Reiki Master and Christian-based counselor, with a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Penn View Bible Institute, who integrates Scripture-centered prayer, therapeutic presence, and nervous-system-informed energy care to support healing of the mind, body, and soul.
Shawn approaches healing through a biblical lens, honoring God as the source of restoration. His work is grounded in prayer, compassion, and ethical care, without the use of mysticism, symbols, or spiritual invocation. Clients often seek Shawn’s sessions for emotional regulation, spiritual peace, and relief from stress-related physical tension.
His calm, respectful style makes this service especially supportive for those who desire holistic healing without compromising their faith.
