Bear & Dolphin Medicine: A Guided Imagery Meditation

Service Description

✨ Join us for a beautiful evening of connection, restoration, and discovery as we explore the wisdom of nature and the remarkable ability of the mind and body to experience new ways of being. Divine Intelligence ❤️ speaks in many ways. Throughout creation, nature 🌲 and its creatures faithfully express ways of being we’ve forgotten. “But ask the animals, and they will teach you…” Job 12:7 Through guided imagery, embodied experience, and therapeutic metaphor, each animal becomes more than a symbol. It becomes an experience the nervous system can learn from. 🐻 Bear Medicine invites you into safety, grounded strength, protection, rest, and deep renewal. Discover a strength that does not require constant vigilance, a sense of security that comes from within, and the freedom to rest without feeling the need to earn it. 🐬 Dolphin Medicine invites you into joy, playfulness, curiosity, connection, and emotional flow. Rediscover the freedom to move through life with greater ease, welcome pleasure without guilt, and remember that joy is not simply a reward for getting everything done. 🌿 Rather than simply thinking differently, you are invited to experience these qualities from within, giving your nervous system an opportunity to rehearse another way of being. What to Expect: A balanced yoga journey that weaves together gentle vinyasa flow and restorative yin postures. Expect to strengthen and soften, move and release, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace. Intention: To create a sacred pause in your week — a time to breathe, align, and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. This unique gathering is limited to 8 participants, ensuring a personal and peaceful atmosphere. ✨ WHAT TO BRING: We provide everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing experience. You are warmly welcome to bring your favorite blanket and pillow to make your journey even more cozy and personal.
