HELIX’s extended targeted bodywork experience for clients wanting additional time devoted to specific muscular patterns and areas of persistent tension.
The 90-minute format allows more time for detailed therapeutic work rather than attempting to address multiple areas within a shorter appointment.
The session may incorporate scraping or cupping when appropriate to the client’s individual needs.
