Sound Sessions at Sunset

Service Description

Join us for an intimate and immersive sound experience designed to restore balance and ease. During this session, you’ll be invited to sit or lie down as waves of sound and frequencies gently flow through your body, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and inner release. What to Bring: Nothing – just yourself. What to Expect: An immersive sound journey that soothes, heals, and nourishes where your body and mind need it most. During your Sound Bowl session, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation as soothing tones and vibrations wash over your body. The therapist will use crystal or metal singing bowls to create harmonic frequencies that help calm the mind, release tension, and restore energetic balance. You’ll be encouraged to simply breathe, listen, and let go. Intention: Breathe, relax, and release as you set your personal focus for the session.
