Service Description
Join Callie for a grounding and intentional yoga practice that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness. These sessions are designed to restore balance, release stress, and create space for deeper connection within. Each class welcomes all levels — from first-time students to seasoned practitioners — offering an accessible and supportive environment. What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat if you have one (mats and props are also available in-studio). What to Expect: A balanced yoga journey that weaves together gentle vinyasa flow and restorative yin postures. Expect to strengthen and soften, move and release, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace. Intention: To create a sacred pause in your week — a time to breathe, align, and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. This unique gathering is limited to 8 participants, ensuring a personal and peaceful atmosphere.
